# Disable Card-Transfer Capability on a Card

> Immediately revoke AFT and/or OCT on one of your users' stored cards so it can no longer initiate transfers — use this for a lost, compromised, or user-removed card. `direction` selects `aft`, `oct`, or `both` (default). Re-enabling requires a fresh enrollment request. Transfers already in flight are unaffected.
