# KYB Events

> Webhooks for a business user's verification.

## Events

| Event | Sent when | Additional fields |

| `user_kyb.applied` | The business submitted verification. | `status` |
| `user_kyb.approved` | Verification is approved. | — |
| `user_kyb.rejected` | Verification is rejected. | `reject_reason` |
| `user_kyb.reopened` | Verification is reopened for the user to redo. | `reopen_reason`, `previous_status`, `reopen_count`, `cascaded_from` |
| `user_kyb.deleted` | The verification record is deleted. | `delete_reason`, `cascaded_from` |

## Data Fields

**kyb\_record\_id** `string`

The verification record.

**user\_id** `string`

The business user being verified.

**cascaded\_from** `string`

Set when the change was caused by the user's KYC, e.g. `user_kyc.reopened` or `user_kyc.deleted`; otherwise `null` or omitted.
